Jeffrey L. Schwartz

Jeffrey L. Schwartz is chairman and chief executive officer of Traffix, Inc. From January 1979 until May 1998, Mr. Schwartz was co-president and a director of Jami Marketing Services, Inc., a list brokerage and list management consulting firm, Jami Data Services, Inc., a database management consulting firm, and Jami Direct, Inc., a direct mail graphic and creative design firm (collectively, the "Jami Companies"). The Jami Companies were sold in May 1998. Mr. Schwartz has served as a director of Traffix since the Company’s inception in 1993. From September 1993 to December 1994, Mr. Schwartz held the position of secretary and treasurer and since January 1995, he has been the chairman and chief executive officer.
Andrew Stollman
President, Secretary
Andrew Stollman is the president and secretary of Traffix, Inc. He has held the position of president since November 2002. From 1993 to November 2002, Mr. Stollman held several senior executive roles with the company (including COO and EVP) and has been a director since January 1995. From August 1992 to June 1993, Mr. Stollman was a consultant to Cas-El, Inc., from November 1992 to June 1993, manager at Media Management Group, Inc., and from December 1990 to August 1992, national marketing manager for Infotrax Communications, Inc. and Advanced Marketing & Promotions, Inc. All of these companies were engaged in providing telephone entertainment services.
Edwin A. Levy
Chairman, Levy, Harkins & Co., Inc.
Edwin A. Levy has been a director of Traffix, Inc. since November 1995. He currently serves as a member of the audit committee and the stock options committee.
Mr. Levy is chairman of the board of Levy, Harkins & Co., Inc., an investment advisory firm since 1979. He is also a director of Coastcast Corp., a publicly-held company in the business of manufacturing golf club heads; Forward Industries, Inc., a publicly-held company in the business of designing, manufacturing and distributing custom carrying case solutions; and World Point Terminals, Inc., a publicly-held company in the business of providing bulk liquid storage services.
Lawrence Burstein
Chairman, Unity Venture Capital
Lawrence Burstein has been a director of Traffix, Inc. since April 1999. He currently serves as a member of the audit committee, compensation committee and the stock options committee.
Mr. Burstein is chairman of the board and a principal shareholder of Unity Venture Capital Associates, Ltd., a private venture capital firm. For approximately ten years prior thereto, Mr. Burstein was the president, a director and principal stockholder of Trinity Capital Corporation, a private investment banking concern. Trinity ceased operations upon the formation of Unity Venture in 1996. Mr. Burstein is a director of THQ, Inc., a publicly-held company in the business of developing and marketing of games for Sony, Nintendo and Sega game systems; CAS Medical Systems, Inc., which is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of blood pressure monitors and other disposable products, principally for the neonatal market; Medical Nutrition USA Inc., a publicly-held company in the business of manufacturing and distribution of nutritional supplements; and I.D. Systems Inc., a publicly-held company in the business of designing, developing and producing a wireless monitoring and tracking system.
Robert Machinist
CEO and Managing Partner, MB Investment Partners, Inc.
Robert Machinist was appointed a director in August 2004. He currently serves as a member of the audit committee.
Mr. Machinist is CEO, Chairman and a Managing Partner of MB Investment
Partners, Inc., diversified wealth management company in New York. He
also runs a private family investment company. Previously he was a
Managing Partner of M Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm.
From January 1986 through November 1998, Mr. Machinist was President and
one of the principal founders of Patricof & Co. Capital Corp. After
engineering the sale of Patricof & Co. Capital Corp. to the Bank of New
York, Mr. Machinist took on the role of Managing Partner and Head of
Investment Banking for the Bank of New York and its Capital Markets
division.
Mark Gutterman
Chief Financial Officer, Starpoint Solutions, LLC
Mark Gutterman was appointed a director in November 2003. He currently serves as a member of the audit committee and compensation committee.
Mr. Gutterman has been the chief financial officer of Starpoint Solutions LLC, a company providing IT staffing and solutions, since 1999, prior to which he was a partner in the accounting firm of Feldman, Gutterman, Meinberg & Co. Mr. Gutterman is a certified public accountant.
Murray L. Skala has been a director since October 1995. Mr. Skala is a
partner at the law firm of Feder, Kaszovitz, Isaacson, Weber, Skala, Bass &
Rhine, LLP, our company counsel, since 1976. Mr. Skala is also a director of
JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a publicly-held company in the business of developing,
marketing and distributing children's toys.
